管制作经EPOXY喷涂处理，连接翼采用2㎜钢板制作经镀锌处理。管套采用PVC射出一次性成形制品，高低调整脚采用M10㎜螺丝(电镀处理)调整高度不少于10㎜。整体结构为下承式，其特点坚固承重。

台面：采用实芯理化板(厚12.7㎜)，颜色为黑色。耐酸碱、抗冲击、易清洗。

背板、层板：背板采用18㎜三聚氰胺双贴面中纤板，层板采用18㎜厚三聚氰胺双贴面中纤板。外围均以2㎜PVC封边条封边。拆卸方便，并有利于管道及电线的安装和维护。

柜体：侧板采用18㎜厚三聚氰胺板，并以2㎜的PVC封边条封边。使用PVC封边条封边，防水、耐潮。
