XY-3系列钻机是一种中深孔岩芯钻机，是以金刚石钻进为主的，适应多种钻探工艺需求的立轴式岩芯钻机。可匹配相应电动机或柴油机为动力。钻机结构简单拆解方便、操作容易。

主要特点
1、钻机采用最新型MW525汽车变速箱总成，具有10档正转和2档反转，各档位转速设计合理，能够满足不同钻进工艺需求。
2、钻机输出扭矩大，承载力强，便于处理各种井下事故。机械传动结构紧凑，立轴通孔直径96mm，支承距大，钻机刚性好;。
3、液压系统实现给进压力及速度的可控，以适应各类不同地层钻进需要。同时 配有孔底压力指示器，便于掌握孔内情况。
4、钻机体积小、重量轻，可拆性好，布局合理，操纵灵活可靠，便于维护保养。
Main feature
1、 The rig is equipped with latest MW525 car transmission assembly, it owns 10 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, the gear speed design is reasonable to meet the needs of different drilling technology .
2、The drilling rig with large output torque and bearing capacity easy to handle a variety of underground accidents. Mechanical transmission structure is compact, spindle diameter is 96mm, bearing distance is big, drilling rig rigidity is good.
3、Hydraulic system controls the feeding pressure and speed to meet the needs of all kinds of formation drilling. The machine is equipped with pressure indicator at the bottom of the hole, it is easy to grasp the situation inside the hole.
4、This drilling machine is small size, light weight, good disassembly, good layout, flexible and reliable operation, easy maintenance.
为满足广大用户的特殊要求，我厂在XY-3基础上研制开发了XY-3T拖车式、XY-3L履带自走式（可选钢制履带或橡胶履带）等特种型号钻机，采用液压高支腿方便装卸车、辅助支撑，液压自动起塔提高起塔安全性，降低了劳动强度，大幅提高了用户的经济效益。
In order to meet the special requirements of customers, our factory has developed XY-3T trailer type, XY-3L crawler self-propelled (optional steel track or rubber crawler) and other special type drilling rig based on XY-3. The drilling rig adopts hydraulic high-support leg to facilitate loading and unloading, auxiliary support. The hydraulic automatic lifting tower enhances the tower safety, reduces the labor intensity and greatly improves the economic benefit of the users.
