Tulsimer® CH-27用于选择性去除重金属离子交换树脂,是一款特级大孔型聚苯乙烯主体架构的,带有特别胺基官能团的弱碱胺交换树脂。它具有极高的耐渗透压和优良的物理稳定性。
Tulsimer® CH-27可以非常有效的从PH小于2的溶液中选择性的吸附过渡金属离子。使用Tulsimer® CH-27也可以很容易的把过二价阳离子从其他金属阳离子中分离出来。对于给定的重金属离子,选择性取决于进水的浓度,存在的形式和PH等。树脂对于给定金属的亲和性可可以通过调节PH值来增加或者减少。选择性的一般顺序如下:
Cu > Ni >Fe(III) > Zn > Co(II) > Cd > Fe(II)
Tulsimer® CH-27可以应用于电镀和酸洗槽,或者湿法冶金中去除重金属。
Tulsimer® CH-27树脂可以用浓硫酸或者氢氧化铵溶液进行再生。
Tulsimer® CH-27的应用:
钴/镍分离: CH-27树脂在酸性PH条件下可以从钴溶液中分离出镍。
铬/铜&镍分离:铬镀液中含有铜镍等杂质,可以用Tulsion CH-27去除这些杂质,因为它对铜镍的强烈的亲和性远远大于铬。
