2 铝就做电机而言，是无法与铜相比的。铝的电阻率高，发热严重了，铝的耐腐蚀性不好，尤其是高温下，会生成三氧化_ 铝，接头或焊接处电阻变大甚至过热烧断; 铝电机的性能随着时间不短恶化，寿命不稳定。

3原来的铜线电机本身设计就有余量。比如1500W电机，在实际场合只用到了1300W左右，这样的话用铝线去代替才有可行性，如果铜线本身就已经设计没有丝毫余量，再用铝线设计，电机性能肯定是全方面恶化。

2、注意防止电焊机受到碰撞或剧烈振动。在室外使用的电焊机必须有防雨雪的防护措施。 

3、电焊机必须装有独立的专用电源 开关，其容量应符合要求。电焊机不允许过负荷使用。电焊机运行时的温升不应过标准规定的温升极限。禁止多台电焊机共用一个电源开关。 

4、一般情况下，电焊机的一次电源线长度一般不宜过2～3m，当有临时任务需要较长电源线时，应沿墙布线，高度必须距地面5m以上，不允许将电源线拖在地面上。 

5、使用插头插座连接的电焊机，插销孔的接线端应用绝缘板隔离，并安装在绝缘板平面内。 

6、禁止用连接建筑物金属构架和设备等作为焊接电源回路。 

7、电焊机外露的带电部分应没有完好的防护(隔离)装置，电焊机裸露接线柱必须设防护罩。
