刷式自清洗过滤器-网式表面过滤,在线智能清洗,清洗形式多样,能过滤软性杂质及纤维杂质,具有对原水进行过滤并自动对滤芯进行清洗排污的功能，且清洗排污时系统不间断供水。

【结构及工作原理】：
刷式自清洗过滤器主要由电机、电控箱、控制管路、主管组件、滤芯组件、不锈钢刷、框架组件、传动轴、进出口连接法兰等部件组成。电控箱和控制管路构成过滤机的控制部分，用于实现自动清洗排污过程。
当水从底部进水口进入自清洗过滤器滤筒内部，杂质被拦在过滤筒内壁，过滤后的干净水从出水口流出，当滤筒内壁的杂质越积越多时，自清洗过滤器进出口的压差达到预设值或达到清洗时间或手动预制时，过滤器将开始自清洗过程，整个自清洗过程包含两个步骤：打开位于自清洗过滤器上的自动排污阀；电机带动自清洗过滤器滤网内的清洗刷，被滤网所拦下来的杂质从排污阀排出，清洗时系统不断流，自清洗过滤器的整个运行过程由随机配备的一个智能控制箱来控制。控制方式可选压差、时间、手动及PLC控制。
Structure and working principle:
Brush self-cleaning filter mainly consists of motor, electronic cabinet, control pipeline, main pipe component, filter element component, stainless steel brush, frame component, transmission shaft, import and export connecting flange and other components. The electronic cabinet and the control pipeline constitute the control part of the filter, which is used to realize the automatic cleaning and sewage discharge process.
When water enters the filter cartridge of self-cleaning filter from the bottom inlet, impurities are blocked in the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. When the impurities accumulate in the inner wall of the filter cartridge, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value or reaches the cleaning time or manually prefabricates, the self-cleaning process will start. The whole self-cleaning process includes two steps: open the automatic drain valve on the self-cleaning filter; the motor drives the cleaning brush in the filter screen of the self-cleaning filter, and the impurities blocked by the filter screen are discharged from the drain valve. The system flows continuously during the cleaning process. The whole operation process of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by an intelligent control box randomly equipped. Pressure difference, time, manual and PLC control can be selected as the control mode.
